The kids always have a blast whenever they go to Mimi and Grandpa's house. We had an appointment with an investor a much needed break. We decided to take advantage of not having the kids and headed over to Wahoo's for dinner. It was delicious. I have to say even though we weren't gone very long it was so nice to eat a meal by ourselves and if you have kids then you know exactly what I mean. Thanks Mimi and Grandpa...........
So Callie's hair is finally long enough to put into piggy tails and this was taken at the end of the day when her hair came out of the piggy tails. Ryan was laughing and thought I'd better take a picture. I'm sure she will appreciate this some day......
I am so excited these came out as good as they did. You never know what your going to get when you wake up a 12 month old from a nap and put her in front of a camera. As you can see she is a little ham........

Mission Bay is one of our favorite places to go camping. We go down here quite a bit in the spring and summer. It is always cooler than home and the kids have a BLAST!!!!! We usually go with some of our friends so that Collin has someone to play with other than Callie. This last trip down there was the first time that Callie actually got to go in the water. Needless to say she loved it just like her brother does. She keep running straight into it not realizing that it gets deeper the farther in you go. So Ryan and I were only a step behind her the whole time. We are going down again over Memorial weekend and can't wait. We are actually going to make a little vacation out of it so we are going to try to take the kids up to Balboa Park and down to the harbor. I will try and post picts when we get back.

My Little girl, I can't believe that your already one! I really don't know where the last year has gone. The day you were born changed all our lives. You have brought more love and joy into our hearts than you can imagine. I watch each day as you grow and see all the little changes that you make as you go from a baby to a toddler. I can remember with your brother I use to say that I couldn't wait for his firsts and now with you being my last baby, I find myself wishing I could hold on longer to your baby lasts. I love that you melt into my arms as if to say "I Love You", the sparkle in your eyes and your arms in the air whenever daddy walks into the room, and the way you run through the house screaming when your brother is chasing you. Your such a sweet little girl with so much personality. We love you from the bottom of our hearts. Happy Birthday sweetheart.
